Publish straight from your AI tool (MCP)

While chatting in an AI tool like Claude or Cursor, publish the HTML you just made to this service right there. Connect over MCP (Model Context Protocol).

What you can do

  • Create a new site
  • Write page and file contents (save to draft)
  • Publish to a live link (after a safety scan)
  • List your sites
  • View site details and draft files

Risky actions — deletion, ownership transfer, billing — are not exposed over MCP; those stay web-only. MCP works on the free plan too, and your plan limits apply as usual.

1

Issue an API access token

Issue a personal access token in Settings. We email you a verification code when you do. The token is shown only once right after issuing — copy it somewhere safe.

2

Connect your AI tool

MCP endpoint

https://api.htmltosite.com/mcp

Claude Desktop

Add this under Settings → Developer → Edit MCP servers (uses the mcp-remote bridge).

{
  "mcpServers": {
    "htmltosite": {
      "command": "npx",
      "args": ["-y", "mcp-remote", "https://api.htmltosite.com/mcp", "--header", "Authorization: Bearer hts_pat_…"]
    }
  }
}

Claude Code

Run this command in your terminal.

claude mcp add --transport http htmltosite https://api.htmltosite.com/mcp \
  --header "Authorization: Bearer hts_pat_…"

Cursor

Add this entry to mcp.json under Settings → MCP.

{
  "mcpServers": {
    "htmltosite": {
      "url": "https://api.htmltosite.com/mcp",
      "headers": { "Authorization": "Bearer hts_pat_…" }
    }
  }
}

Other AI tools that let you set the address and an Authorization: Bearer token header connect the same way. ChatGPT and claude.ai on the web are not supported yet.

Replace hts_pat_… in the snippets with the token you issued in step 1.
